These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the ve.plus website and the value engineering services marketed under the name VE.PLUS, a trade name of Stylib Ltd. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Stylib Ltd provides B2B services to clients in the UK, including:

- Crude research of product alternatives

- Product matching and visual comparisons

- Basic specification analysis for cost and compliance

These services are marketed under the trade name VE.PLUS. We do not offer consumer-facing services. All users are assumed to be business clients.

User Access and Eligibility

No account is required to use ve.plus. All services are accessed via enquiry or direct communication. We currently operate only within the United Kingdom.
We reserve the right to block or restrict users who misuse the website, including but not limited to:

- Data scraping or unauthorised access attempts

- Submitting fraudulent information

- Impersonating others

- Misuse of contact forms or communication tools

Pricing and Payment

Our services are charged on a fixed fee per specification, with full payment due net 7 days from invoice date. VAT is applicable.
Specific pricing, deliverables and any guarantees are subject to the quote provided to you, and we recommend discussing terms with a Stylib representative.
Refunds may be offered if we fail to deliver on an agreed promise. We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Scope and Liability

Stylib Ltd is not responsible for:

- Procurement or design decisions made by the client

- Product sourcing or specification accuracy

- Supplier performance, delivery, or contract compliance

Clients should always consult a qualified professional before acting on any research or recommendation we provide.
Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount invoiced to the client for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All website content, tools, branding, and service materials remain the intellectual property of Stylib Ltd (trading as VE.PLUS and stylib.com).
Clients receive non-exclusive access to the deliverables provided (e.g. quotes, spec comparisons) for their internal use only. We do not assign copyright or licence rights to any deliverables.
You may upload or submit documents or project materials as part of our service. We may reuse anonymised data from these submissions for marketing or research purposes.

Third Parties and Data Handling

We may use your data to obtain supplier quotes or assess project scope. We never share your identity or company name with suppliers, except for location details required to obtain pricing.
We do not take responsibility for any third-party products, prices, or performance. No contractual relationship is formed between you and any supplier through us.

Termination and Cancellation

If you approve a quote or engage us formally, cancellation is not permitted once we begin delivery. If we meet our commitment, payment will be due regardless of whether the outcome is ultimately implemented by you.
We may suspend or terminate your access or relationship if you breach these Terms.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
While we aim to resolve disputes amicably, either party may pursue formal legal action in the courts of England and Wales if necessary. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the ve.plus website. Continued use of our service indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
